Smooth Seas Never Made a Skilled Sailor.

I’m a Counselor who took the hard way into this field. From humble beginnings as a camp counselor to working wilderness programs in the backwoods of Virginia to the deserts of Utah. I’ve walked alongside the bravest of people who had every reason to give up, but didn’t.

I decided early on I wanted to dedicate my career in supporting others who needed it like me, and obtained my LPC after years of experience in PHP/IOP Programs, Community Mental Health, In-Home Counseling, and Therapeutic Schools.

I bring a direct, relational approach to therapy. No fluff. No judgment. Just real conversations, the hard questions, and a belief that anyone can grow when given the right kind of support.

Outside of therapy, I’m a lifelong athlete and have an avid rugby player for over a decade. I know what it means to fight through hardship and that perspective shapes the way I work.
